The Greediest People In The World
We need to stop calling them the richest people in the world and start calling them the greediest people in the world.
These companies are about to IPO (Initial Public Offering) at an expected speculative value greater than all 2600 dot com IPO’s from 1995 to 2000 combined.
Index funds (which encompass a good majority of Americans’ retirement funds) are typically safe. This is why 401K’s and similar funds get invested in them. However, the rules are being changed right now to leverage your retirement funds so people like Elon Musk can become even wealthier. The rules have been changed so that general index funds can become even wealthier invested much sooner than usual. The usual wait time has been 90 days. Nasdaq just changed the rules to only be 5 days.
Why does this matter to people like you and I? Because if you’re invested in Index Funds, your money is about to be used to buy SpaceX stock whether you like it or not. And when these IPO’s crash on valuation (which they invariably always do), all of your investment money will vanish in the blink of an eye.
They’re essentially stealing money from the retirement accounts of millions of Americans. This could be the set up for the greatest financial rug pull in history and would destroy the economy at the same time.
