Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Fourth of July to your family!

On this day, July 4th, our most American of holidays, may we be reminded of what this day has meant and the sacrifices, struggles, and heart it took to make it happen. To make this country independent. Independent from the rule of tyranny; an ideal that has stood strongly with our people for 250 years. Even now, as our democracy is threatened by an unlawful and unconstitutional government, the fundamental love of Americans for what this country was founded on still exists. I’ve seen it in the taverns and town halls. I’ve seen it in the court rooms and supermarkets. I’ve seen it on hallowed floor of Congress, and I’ve seen it on the everyday pavement of our small town streets.

People do love this country. You might be tempted to disagree, given the politics of today. You might be swayed to think the care is gone, the ideals are buried, and the great republic has been lost. It sure might seem so, as our federal handlers oppress and intimidate, threaten and impose, and strike out with continuous malice and abuse toward our people. But open your eyes.

Open your eyes, America.

Open them wide, and you will see the flag still flies. You will see the lawyers pushing back. You will see the people in the streets, and you will see the fighters standing up. Standing up for our Constitution and our promised commitment that we swore to uphold when we adopted it on this day; that We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

The American promise of Independence is one we need to always remember, one we need to protect and uphold, and one we need to ensure lives on for another 250 years. We will declare healthcare is a human right. We will tax the rich, so the working people of this country can afford to live. We will provide universal childcare, so America’s families can afford success. We will strengthen education, so America’s children can grow up as the best and brightest. We will end Citizens United, casting off corporate masters so government stays committed to We The People. We will abolish ICE, so oppression and hate find no sanctuary in this land. And we will hold the unconstitutional accountable, to ensure the promise of freedom stays free for every American and all those to come.

This is why I run for United States Congress, and this is my promise to you. That United We Stand, one nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL!

In Congress, July 4, 1776

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. Happy Pride Month!

Pride exists because someone out there still believes it is better for LGBTQ people to be dead than for us to live.

This is just a truth of reality, especially in this timeline. Pride means a great many things to all of us in the LGBTQ community. It can mean feeling empowered to be out in the open. It can be our remembrance for when we came out, when we transitioned, or even when we first decided to love ourselves and accept who we are. For me, it’s been all of these things, and so much more.

For 45 years I struggled with my true authentic self. I had always thought no one would ever accept me if I was true to who I am. People see one another and develop an idea, a perception, an image of who they think someone is. When that changes, some can accept the changes and some can’t. Some have understood our heart and have loved us for the soul we carry inside; some aren’t able to see past the exterior, being too captured by the outward appearance to truly see what’s been on the inside the entire time.

Pride for me is remembering all the inner conflict and torment. Understanding all the self loathing and anxiety I never even realized I’d carried. Realizing all the self defeating denial and contradictions. It’s also meant realizing happiness. Happiness from being true to myself and not hiding anymore. Joy from all the genuine outpouring of heart and love I’ve received from countless friends and family who’ve stayed with me through this. But I think the greatest reward has been the gift of spending everyday with someone I finally truly love.

I’m a Transgender politician, activist, and warrior for the community. I stand up to defend Trans and LGBTQ+ people because I have realized the freedom and happiness which comes with accepting ourselves and it is a happiness others should also be able to experience for themselves.

Oppression cannot survive a conflict with pure genuine ferocity of heart, because hate comes from fear and ignorance, while heart comes from knowledge and love.

I’m honored to be a visible fighter on the forefront for the LGBTQ+ community and I promise I always will be.

I had an absolute ball talking with them about all things happening in my campaign and in this current timeline right now; from the things that brought me here for this fight to Charlie Kirk and the NRA, trans rights, gun rights, and all things in between! Today is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. As hate and violence erupts daily across our country at the hands of this authoritarian government, his message of peace, love, and equality are more important than ever.

deVille Range Day #1 !

A Different Kind of Town Hall From a Different Kind Of Candidate!


The first in a series of Town Halls I'll be holding at shooting ranges around District 8, this will be a great day of connecting with new people while having some target range fun at the same time!

This event is open to anyone in Wisconsin's 8th Congressional District, but with special invitation to any gun advocates and conservative voters.

As a strong supporter of 2nd Amendment rights, I encourage attendance by anyone who believes our 2A rights are important and the issues facing our country are important, especially if you've felt unheard or ignored by the current government and representative.

I've created this event out of respect. Your concerns for our state and our country matter to me! I'm ready to listen to you when most of our current leadership hasn't.

The 3 hour event will consist of range time and discussion, with plenty of time for both!

Being that this is the first event of this kind, the discussion is open to any and all, while firearm participation will be limited to 8 people. Event total participation is limited to 20 people. Please RSVP by following the link below and clicking the tickets if you'd like to attend.

THE OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN KICK OFF !

FRIDAY JANUARY 2nd IN GREEN BAY!

Friends and neighbors, I’m happy to announce The Official Campaign Kick Off Event for Friday January 2nd, 2026 at the Tarlton Theatre in Green Bay, Wi!

Doors open at 6pm, with a speech at 7:15pm, followed by a question and answer session until 9pm.

I hope you add this night to your calendar and make it a point to attend!

America has been under attack within its own government. Politicians cutting programs for hard working citizens in the interest of self enriching and giving big tax breaks to their wealthy campaign donors. Cuts to healthcare, cuts to food assistance, even cuts to rights and equalities guaranteed under the Constitution. It needs to stop. Wisconsinites and Americans can’t survive while so much chaos and corruption is present, and I promise I will fight for you until it works for us all!

As a transgender woman, she has seen trans and LGBTQIA rights attacked daily by the current administration; these attacks now being extended toward the rights of all Americans. Katrina knows that standing up for the human rights of every citizen, extending Medicare to all, and raising the Federal minimum wage are only a few of the issues the current officeholder of Wisconsin's 8th CD has failed to make progress on; these issues, as well as others so critical to the survival and benefit of all Americans are necessities she promises to vehemently uphold.
