Americans and Wisconsinites need immediate relief from unsustainable tax burdens. They need to send someone to Washington DC who promises to make sure they get it!

Breaking it down in simplest terms, the EPA would be gutting its own ability to regulate climate pollution.  Read that again slowly.  The Environmental Protection Agency is about to cut its own throat.  How is this possible, you might ask?  And why would they do this?
